HOW TO GET TO BUTTSBURY CHURCH
From Brentwood, take the old A12 (B1002) into the centre of Ingatestone and turn right into STOCK LANE, which is by the zebra crossing.
From the direction of Chelmsford, take again the old A12 (B1002) and turn left into STOCK LANE.
Follow this road for approximately two miles, towards the village of Stock. On the way, you will go over a narrow hump back bridge and shortly afterwards, on a sharp left hand bend, you will see St. Marys on your right.
