DIRECTIONS TO ST. MARGARET'S CHURCH

The Church is located off the B1002 which runs parallel to the A12 between Brentwood and Chelmsford. From the A12, Colchester direction, take the slip road signed to Margaretting and take then the first exit from the roundabout at the end. Pass through Margaretting village and head towards Ingatestone. After approximately 1 mile, a signpost to the church is to be found on the left at Church Lane. The lane will pass Margaretting Hall, a private house and end at a set of railway barriers where parking is available. Do not drive over the railway itself. The church is approached by foot and is to be found on the far side of the railway.

From Brentwood, you can approach Margaretting from the A12, taking the slip road signed Margaretting. At the top, turn right into Wantz Road and at the end of the road, turn right again. Use the instructions above from 'After approximately one mile...'.

If approaching through Ingatestone, go through the village of Ingatestone itself. Once clear, you will find Church Lane on your right after about one mile. Use the instructions in the first paragraph from 'The lane will pass Margaretting Hall...'.
